How to Create Your Library Account
Bring Your ID
Prepare your valid university or staff ID card before visiting.
Visit the Desk
Go to the Circulation Desk during working hours (Sun – Thu).
Fill the Form
Complete the registration form with your personal details.
Account Activated
Your account is created instantly — you can borrow on the same day!
Borrowing Privileges

The following material types are restricted to in-library use only and cannot be borrowed or renewed:
Hold & Reserve Policy
When Can You Place a Hold?
A hold can only be placed if the item is currently on loan to another borrower and no copy is available in the library.
Automatic Notification
When the reserved item is returned, an automated e-mail is sent to your registered address via the Library system.
Pick-Up Window
The item will be held at the library for 1 working day after its return. After that, it becomes available to the next patron.
